The Lion Becomes the Swan
This has to be my favorite Art piece. The story behind this piece, I did not know Ted Kennedy had passed, but woke up at 3am and began working on this piece, finishing it by time the morning news came on the TV. That is when they announced that Ted Kennedy had passed on. Ted in the Senate was known as "The Lion" and albeit with his and his family's noteable past and the way in which JF and Bobby had turned the tides on not only women's rights, but also for those of equal rights for all cultures, this I found fitting a title for this piece and in honour of Ted Kennedy.

Harmony, Love, and Prosperity
This piece was done as a commission for my son. He has a very eclectic style. The dimensions for this piece are 24" W x 60" H x 1.5" deep. The Japanese characters stand for Harmony, Love, and Prosperity.. hence the appropriate title for this piece. In the Japanese tradition also 2 stalks of Bamboo wishes Love to the recipient. Love as in that shared by a couple.

While this is not available, a similar piece can be created. Please contact me for more information.

The Contradiction of the Cosmos
This Piece was inspired by watching an old episode of Nova with Carl Sagan in it. He was talking about Jupiter and also the creation of the universe (as usual lol) but some of the images that were shared on this show were outstandingly beautiful. And I thought... what a contradiction from disorderly to orderly, rather opposite the chaos thoery at that!

Last Night
The inspiration for this piece was an old movie I had been watching... I cant remember the name of it but it had John Wayne in it and was one of the few color movies.. There was alot of pueblo type decor and log cabins... so I thought this would look good in one if I ever owned a Log Cabin!
SIZE: 36" x 24" x 1.5"
